Overview Our established, high-quality restorative dental practice in Southlake, TX is seeking a new member for our front-desk team. We are a patient-friendly, full fee for service office. No DMO's. No PPO's. All of our front desk team is cross-trained. They all know each other's responsibilities. If a team member is out, we carry on. Experience is required. Dentrix knowledge is a must. Responsibilities If you have experience, you know the job. General responsibilities include check-in, check-out, collect, schedule, answer phones, answer questions, file insurance, and do anything else that our patients need. The answer is always "yes" followed by "how can I help you?". We have a tremendous, tenured staff. Most of our staff have been with us for over 10 years, with several over 20.
