Preferred Qualifications:
Dental front office experience
Expertise in insurance -- verifying, batching and submitting claims and NEA Narratives, etc.
Experience with treatment planning --management and presentation
Thorough knowledge of Eaglesoft
Greeting and checking patients in and out
Great phone skills
Scheduling patients for providers
