Job Description


MB2 Dental LogoThe Integration Coordinator, reporting to the Chief Integration Officers, supports the Integration team by executing responsibilities and processes relative to acquisitions, denovos and other integration projects. The Coordinator receives oversight and mentorship from the CIO, with direct communication, partnership, service and accountability to the Integration Team. The coordinator works amongst MB2 departments, field operations and others, as needed, to support Integration Project Directors. The coordinator executes projects, as directed by the Chief Integration Officer, in timely, thorough and accurate manner, while maintaining day to day department operations. The coordinator upholds the highest level of integrity, work ethic, written and verbal communication while adhering to company policy and standards.


  • Maintain integration schedule relative to acquisitions close dates and denovo open dates
  • Maintain company stats
  • Maintain department stats
  • Report weekly KPIs
  • Perform monthly bank and vendor reconciliations
  • Review accounts receivable reporting and perform reconciliations
  • Update vendor billing, as directed
  • Perform specific tasks on acquisition & denovo checklists, by project
  • Assemble new hire packets
  • Assemble training binders
  • Regularly meet with each Integration Director to receive tasks and offer support
  • Support the CIO's efforts to create documented training material for Integration processes
  • Projects assigned by the CIO, as needed



  • Minimum two years dental operations experience (ideal candidate has held positions like front office or office manager in a dental practice)
  • Extremely organized and able to work amongst multiple platforms: intranet, communication channels, KPI reporting dashboards, project management programs
  • Strong communication, written and verbal skills
  • Ability to time manage, work amongst multiple departments and be accountable to deadlines
  • Strong ability to document and create training material to support department functions
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week from the MB2 main office
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a group setting and one on one
  • May require travel (less than 10%)
