Colorado Kids Pediatric Dentistry has an opening for a Front Desk Coordinator in Highlands Ranch, CO. Our working environment is like no other dental office you have ever seen! Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients in a friendly mannerMaintain a full schedule of patients dailyAssist patients with understanding and accepting their clinical diagnosisCalculate fees for dental treatmentCoordinate financial agreements for the patient's financial responsibility of dental treatmentResponding to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing to appropriate departments, as necessary.Support the front desk staff members by fulfilling patient care responsibilitiesCheck and respond to voicemails and emails left for the officeAssist with other office duties as requested or needed
Qualifications
- Prior dental front office experience required
- Highly effective verbal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professionalism in all aspects of job
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $17 - $22 an hour
